Poor service, went through drive through through was not asked if I want any sauce at first counter...got to second counter...told have to pay 10p but only had card. I said I've never had to pay at any macds before. So James went to pass me a ketchup and said "here just have it" then all of a sudden took it back and said no I'm not giving it you n shut window. So had to go in and speak to manager. Poor service should ask if you want any sauce at first counter.. its a drive through...read full review

Simply put the food here is disgusting as McD’s go, my double sausage egg McMuffin was absolutely dripping oil where they hadn’t bothered to strain it, not too big of an issue but the burgers inside it had a thick coating of that black grime stuff that you get building up on grills if you don’t clean them regularly and it affected the taste, I actually managed to scrape like a cubic cm worth just from the bit hanging over the edge of my burger! We did visit at a very busy time, the tables were not the cleanest I’ve seen and both ourselves and another lady had to return to the counter as items were missing from the order. I did forget to make mine a large meal as we’d ordered at the counter and not the self serve machine. It was a shame the person taking my order never asked what size. The food tasted as expected, the queue never really died down, you feel the premises are too small to cope with the footfall.
