We would certainly visit again-this place is lovely. Its easy to find, just look for the disused water tower nearby, and its on the main street through the village of Roade. There is ample parking. We had our dog with us and she was made very welcome. We had a ground floor room which was spacious, decent sized bed, good quality linen and furnishings. Its all recently been refurbished. Up until now I’d only had various sandwiches or baguettes which have always been fresh and some great original fillings from the menu until today I had the Nacho’s …..well , never been a fan of Nacho dishes iv had from other restaurants and genuinely say I’ve never had Nacho’s as good as The Roade house Nacho’s , definitely a must try from the menu , as always the Roade house standard and quality goes into everything and every detail , well done ??Forget Taco Bell...read full review
Paul is super friendly, rooms are lovely. We have an EV and our dog Milo with us - none of which was a problem - able to charge and take Milo for a moderate fee. Rooms and restaurant is smart and trendy too. As we were a bit tired so we ate over the road at the local pub. Before hand Paul suggested a walk for Milo - 50 yards away around some wheat field - really handy. He has a lunch and dinner menu - fully licensed.
