I visited this restaurant on Monday evening with friends, and it had such a lovely atmosphere! The staff were very welcoming, always checking in to make sure we were happy.

We had a few starters to share, main dishes along with some wine & cocktails. Loved the arancini & bbq tempura brocoli!! Food, presentation, service, everyone was amazing! I have only ever been here for breakfast but can’t wait to return for dinner again soon.

The Halfway House

A warm and welcoming restaurant. Friendly and attentive staff. There's something on the menu for everyone. Anything off the grill is super tasty. The chicken fajitas are excellent!

Safari Banbridge

Had a beautiful meal at Safari Restaurant! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, especially when I asked for a coeliac-friendly menu, so reassuring. There was loads of choice, and we went for the steak, which was perfectly cooked and really juicy. The drink selection was great too, with some lovely cocktails on offer. One feature I especially loved was the service call button at the table, such a clever and convenient touch! Highly recommend. Oh and good value!

The Vault

Visited late Sunday afternoon, busy but not crowded, nice interior and staff very helpful. Menu has good selection of pizza and other dishes, and good drinks menu, with cocktails, wine and beers. Would happily go back.

Captain Cooks

Went in today staff were very friendly had to wait a while for the food that was the only downside when the food arrived it was lovely and we were very pleased with what we got and good portions as well.The price of the food was good as well.

Mac's Traditional Fish & Chips

Have been going to Mac's since the summer and trust me it is one of the best chippies I have ever been too. The food is always fresh, never re-heated and there is a great range to order from. The staff are always very pleasant, and as you probably already guessed, it is are only go to for chips, even to the point that we drive about eight miles to get there. If you haven't tried it before, trust me you won't be disappointed.

Salt Kitchen Banbridge

We absolutely love this place, we have been quite a few times now and everytime the food is amazing. We recently tried the seafood night and WOW, we were presented with the most beautiful selection of shellfish. Highly recommend

China Palace

For context, I was born and lived in Hong Kong for 18 years and since then, I have eaten hundreds of Chinese takeaway meals in the UK (and beyond). The meal I had this evening from China Palace in Banbridge was extraordinary, it ranks amongst the best I have eaten outside HK. The portions were generous, the meats and prawns were tender and tasty. The spices were evident without overpowering. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable takeaway meal. Highly recommended !

Soho China

I went swimming in banbridge pool and was hungry after so drove around banbridge and seen soho china, I've never heard of the place so decided to try it, best chinese about, I drive regularly from waringstown to get it, I wouldn't get anywhere else. Shame they don't deliver to waringstown though

Friar Tucks Banbridge

My wife and I have just eaten the best fish and chips we have had in many years .A big thankyou for adding such a high quality item to your great menu . Could not speak highly enough about the presentation and quality will certainly be returning Must be 9.8 out of 10

Monsoon Fastfood And Indian Takeaway

Who was Chef tonight?? The chicken MELTED in the mouth, superb, maybe chunks perfectly cooked, gentle Tandoori butter chicken with a fresh and tiny kick, likely the best Peshawari nan I've ever eaten for taste & crispiness, great craic at the till, super service, five stars.

Thai Noodle

Shocked to read the comments below about the two lady’s at the till being rude as my personal experience with both of them have always been nothing but pleasant & friendly . We had the Pad Thai number 9 combo noodle box over the weekend and it was sooo delicious . I’ve been going to Thai Noodle for 7 years now & it never fails to disappoint.

KFC Banbridge- A1 The Outlet

Thankyou to Jessica Collins works on the front desk for assisting me and my family at our visit to the restaurant on Sunday 02/16/2025. Went great lengths to help us out and was very pleasant and polite throughout. I hope Jessica has a wonderful career ahead of her. She is a really nice and happy person. KFC doesn't even know how much of great woman they have registered on their payroll. Quite sad really.

Magic Kebab

A little expensive but over all I'm happy with my kebab the portions are large and they happily put extra salad for me. I like this most places only offer lettuce and onion.

Cafe Marmalade

First time visiting Tuesday morning 22nd July. Absolutely beautiful food. Fresh, smelled amazing and served quickly by extremely friendly staff. We brought our 7 year old daughter who had the pancakes and sausage and she says it’s her favourite place now and we’ll be returning next week. The fry was stunning , French toast fluffy and delicious and the coffee was the best! The place is immaculate inside and out. Can’t wait to go back. We drive up to shop at the boulevard from Warrenpoint weekly and will be headed back to cafe marmalade. I don’t believe it’s the least expensive but We felt the prices were relevant to the quality of the food and completely justified. All three left full and happy.

Harry’s Bar & Kitchen

Very friendly staff, good service and very tasty food. I had the chicken pasta and my husband had the southern fried chicken goujons with garlic fries and both were delicious.

The Old Tavern & Snug Bistro

Best place in town for food our new favourite, salmon amazing ? cooked to perfection.. staff best of crack always very welcoming.. girls are the best bunch too..

The Seven Stars

Had been in yesterday for Father's Day and I have to say the fish and chips yesterday was absolutely mouth watering. So so good. the food is always good but the fish was devine. Thank you Joan, Marion and staff

The 70th Mile

Very nice, cosy and quiet place. Good choice of European dishes, soups and dumplings. Potato pancakes was great! And this pistachio cake for dessert... Just delicious! Very nice and polite staff.
I will definitely come back again ?

Piggotts

Have been here a few times now and have to say, the staff are always so lovely and accommodating. The prices are reasonable and the size of feed you get is huge! Food is always delicious and staff are genuine when they ask you if you would like anything else. Great service.

Anglers Rest

We called in to the Anglers Rest on our way to Armagh, it looked so beautiful from the outside we couldn't resist stopping. Unfortunately we didn't have time to sample the food and only had a quick pint of Guinness which was absolutely spot on, unlike the one I'd had earlier in the airport.
The staff were very friendly and even the dog which had sneaked on one of the seating areas was happy to see us. I would definitely recommend a visit to such a lovely pud and I will if I am every in the area again.

The Copper Lab Coffee

Delicious, rich, extremely high quality crafted coffee, probably the best in Banbridge and there is some stiff competition around. Only 4 stars as never felt tempted to sit in, very close quarters and staff can seem abit frosty, I wouldn't personally feel comfortable. Was others in there seeming to be at ease enjoying their confectionery and coffee so don't necessarily be put off by me. And definitely don't skip the coffee, trying is a must.

Rosehip Cafe and Bakery

Just collected a beautiful baby shower Gâteaux decorated with cream, strawberries very indulgent and a perfect centrepiece for our special occasion. Travel from Moira to get these gorgeous cakes, so light and delicious. Thank you to the bakers

The Railway Inn

Amazing atmosphere from the minute of walking in . Love the home from home feeling , everyone is so welcoming . Especially the owners and bar staff , they go above and beyond with service and entertainment.

Patrisse Cafe

Never a bad meal. Lovely warm tasty food with a constant friendly service. Other restaurants/cafes nearby but you will struggle to beat the 'homemade' style of cooking.

The Great Wall

I've tried my particular dish of chicken & mushrooms, at all the other Chinese restaurants in Banbridge and I have to recommend The Great Wall as they are by far, in my opinion, totally superior. I asked for no peppers and they never forget. The onions are cut to the size I love. The Gall Bog Bar

This place is brilliant for family gatherings or children's birthday parties. There is plenty of parking for guests, bar and facilities to serve food. Had a really great time in there

First visited on 18th Aug after checking online for Chinese food takeaways. When we visited, a very pleasant lady behind counter took our order. We got 2 x Cantonese style sweet and sour chicken, with chips and 2 bottles of soft drink. Bill was less than £17, which I thought was an excellent price, especially with cost of produce nowadays. From ordering to receiving our food was only about 10mins. We also got a large bag of delicious prawn crackers added to our takeaway bag. Food was absolutely gorgeous. Firstly, very warm, massive portions of both chips and sweet and sour chicken. Lovely crispy chicken, fresh vegetables and delicious sauce. Chips were top quality. All in all, a takeaway that would easily rival sitting in, in a top quality Chinese restaurant. Friendly staff and brilliant food. Will definitely return on a regular basis and would have no hesitation in recommending. If you are really lucky, you can get a parking place on roadside beside takeaway.
