On arrival, the group of staff stood apparently doing nothing all turned and looked and me and all looked away again, continuing their conversations. Eventually someone else came along and had to go and find out where the seating arrangements for our group booking was. Our group had booked the Christmas package which was rather disappointing. Food was great, a touch pricey for what you get, but losing a star due to cleanliness - table wasn't cleaned/sticky and one of the glasses given ended up being dirty however staff apologised and gave us a clean one. Other than that meal was great and table service is done through QR code/app which worked as needed. Vegetarian options were clearly labelled too.

We were a party of 15, we hadn't pre-booked but they accommodated us no problem. The food was excellent and drink lovely. Not loving the idea of not being able to use cash. Very friendly and patient staff. Lovely place overall.Kid-friendliness: My two grand-nephews enjoyed their food.
