The lamb Rogan Josh with pilua rice was so tasty, again great portion size, the meat was beautiful too. Tandoori mix was beautiful too, again great portion. Peshwari nan was beautiful. We were delighted with the poppadoms and dips too. Very good quality for money and it didn't take long from ordering to pick up time. highly recommend. thank you

Which is great although it had a knock on effect as we waited some time (approx 15mins before anyone came to us for a drink order) we had to grab attention of the waiter a few times. It wasn’t busy so felt the service could have been better. Hasn’t put me off still great food and friendly staff

Ordering was so customer easy and friendly, as they tell you how long before it'll be ready for collection.
It's a family run business, and it's run to a tee. As everyone is in sync with eachother.
Fresh dough, freshly made pizza, and friendly service.
We ordered a 16inch pepperoni, and it was absolutely delicious.
Every bite was worth the journey, and I must say, if you don't give it a go, then it'll be your loss.
Value and quality, is what you get, but if you don't taste, then you can only imagine.
So if you want proof of the experience, then call in, but it would be better to phone order in first, as it's guaranteed to be really busy.

Parking: Just outside, as it's on a one-way street, but always somewhere to park

Smoked chicken is yummy I just wish it was the smaller pieces of shredded crispy chicken like the way the crispy beef is done. Hey will do anything less spicy if you ask them which is great. Had the best Club sandwich I've had in ages, and hubby loved the double cheeseburger with toppings and chips for only £12.95, very reasonable and really tasty. Coffee was good too. Looking at it from the outside I wouldn't have chosen to go in but saw the good Google reviews and was glad we gave it a go!

Staff really very accommodating. The boss gave us a homemade dessert after he found out that we were from Austria. The boss was very pleased that we visited his local place based on his recommendation. I can really recommend it.If you're not a local, you won't find such insider tips.

Alexander Pier, Rodgers Quay, CarrickfergusBooked for a family get together over half term, requested a table at the play area and they were able to get us right outside which was perfect. We went for the value menu which is honestly such amazing value. Kids loved the bigger pizzas and we loved the curry and the fish, were else could you get a fish supper for £5. Staff were also friendly as they always are.

Went tonight with being honest a bit of a doubt in my mind that it was going to be worth it, few reviews I’d seen recently weren’t exactly how shall we say, glowing. But since the relaunch I thought should give it a go. Glad we did. Midweek and surprisingly quite a few in, not so busy to give huge wait times but still enough to give an atmosphere. We were shown a distant table which given there was one of the booths free in the middle was a surprise, but actually it was a very nice place, can see out to the marina and the battering rain and wind, quiet but still felt part of the restaurant. Ordering the chowder and burger from I suppose a limited menu but then again I hate a thousand choices, we were served quickly and the food was filling, hot and very tasty. Added in a side of garlic bread too. Best surprise was at the end, two mains, a starter, strawberry daiquiri and a bottle of beer, served by very nice attentive staff was £48. Very reasonable indeed. As my partner said on leaving it felt more of an event and lovely setting compared to the pile it high mounds of food you get in local American style restaurants, still plenty to make you feel well fed but not such waste left behind. I will certainly use it again and hopefully it will just continue to improve.
Parking: If you can’t find parking here you must be driving a circus cavalcade! Huge carpark

Brilliant, and the staff are amazing and friendly as is the whole Whitehead community.

The S’mores Brownie used to be my absolute favourite dessert - the new Yellaman Brownie just doesn’t do it for me. Also, not a fan of the smaller bowls – they make everything feel a bit cheap. I also really miss the Salt & Chilli Chicken starter – it was so good! I haven’t tried the new Garlic & Chilli version because I don’t like garlic, but I’m gutted the original one is gone. Honestly, the old menu had so many favourites! \n\nPS. Ownies is still great - but I just miss the old favourites and hope they bring them back!

I ordered the mushroom sauce and I maybe ordered slightly wrong as I think the peppercorn worked a bit better with the champ and chicken but it was really decent. I think we were both a bit envious of my sisters as it has mash, sauce, lovely chicken and a lovely salsa going on. Kids shared an older kids meal which were two small plates of carbonara, they enjoyed it ok but I feel as kids meals they were overpriced a bit for what they got.

A really nice balance of flavours from the three tapinades, different breads, meats, and cheese. Should have taken a picture. Finished with a lemon muffin and a hot chocolate. Highly recommended, the two girls on the floor were helpful and attentive.

5 Rodgers Quay, CarrickfergusHaven't been in many many years as last few times had been dreadful. One of the group wanted to try it again, as had heard nothing but good. I checked the reviews and agreed to give it a try. We couldn't get into the Blue badge spaces, there are only 2 or 3, one was taken by a car with no badge, the 2nd was taken but was inaccessible due to a delivery lorry. It has been modernised and brightened up and gone is the overly loud music. Staff are lovely. Food was very good, huge portions. The only criticism was steak was slightly overdone but was reliability informed was still edible. Everyone agreed we would be back.
