I was enjoying an afternoon stroll through Newcastle with my partner. We decided to stop in for some lunch as it simply smelt too good to pass up. All I can say is thank god we didnt. Lovely warm homemade chicken and veg soup with a chicken tikka sandwich. My partner had the soup and a sandwich. Both extremely tasty and massive portions. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit already
The best toasties about! This is were we go when we are on holiday in Newcastle. We went in today just as they were closing, but they made us whatever we wanted & didn't rush us! First class service, thanks John! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best sandwich I've had in a long time. Bread was nice and fresh with filling right up to the crust. Soup was a lovely homemade creamy chicken & veg and a HUGE bowl. Couldn't believe how cheap it was for the quality given and the easy access location. Loved it! Look forward to my next visit and more friendly banter with the staff
