So glad we eventually got to eat at this place we got into a total fuddle as to when we would be staying in the area and booked and cancelled so many times We had struggled to find nice places to eat on our north yorks /Northumberland break. This was the best by far. Lovely host Anna took great care of us and the food was of a very high quality The kipper pate, hake , lamb shank and meringue were to die for The neon christmas decorations of Almouth were a big bonus
We had such a fab meal here. Really friendly place. Superb local fish and importantly ( I think) lots of good vegetables. It's a really cosy restaurant in the heart of a beautiful community, we were made to feel so welcome.

A lovely coffee shop with the friendliest staff. Lovely coffee, hot chocolate and delicious cakes. A lovely place to relax. Very kind staff who have posted a scarf I left behind. Very grateful customers.
