A very impressive 'curry house' in the centre of delightful Alnwick. My wife and I had a fantastically tasty meal there before a trip to Alnwick Playhouse. The starters were excellent. The main courses even better! My advice is to go for the Chicken Coconut Chilli Ceylon....it was the best curry I've had for years, and I live near Bradfird (the so called home of the curry in Britain). The service was perfect. Delicious food! Very friendly service too and good amount of timings between courses etc. We love a curry any day of the week, but this was one of the best we've had. Very flavoursome and just the right portions. My partner had mixed kebab starter and korma main, I had spicy king prawn puri and the coconut chilli ceylon. We then tried the rice pudding and gulab which we delicious too! Definitely recommend and whenever we're nearby again, we will be back.

Excellent restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food is one of the best curries we have had. The chicken dansak was great. A definite worthy visit if you are in the town.
