After a days walking along the cliffs & other footpaths in the Berwick area we visited Cafe Nero for a coffee. We were welcomed by the staff, ordered our coffees & took our seats. The coffee was very good, the cafe was clean & the staff very friendly.
We dropped into the café for a quick rest and a coffee. The que to be severed was rather lengthy, but not a lot can be done about that. It's just bad timing.The premises were clean and tidy, and the staff were non-stop seeing to all the customer needs.Thankfully, I have a phone contract with 3, so I had the choice of any coffee for £1. This was really appreciated in that moment of time.

Pleasant, friendly staff, dog friendly, and a great selection of quality coffee. Also an excellent choice of both savoury and sweet snacks. Plenty of room, and pleasant, inobtrusive background music, either light classical or cool jazz. There's even a free library. One of our favourite watering holes in bonny Berwick. Highly recommended.
