Ford is such a wonderful village that we make sure we revisit every time we are in Northumberland. This time we had time for a drink and were highly delighted with the quality of product at The Village Shop. Will certainly return again

What a lovely find, great staff, good selection of goods in the shop area, great meal, cheese & ham panini, pulled pork wrap and the icing on the cake for us great selection of “Brew” tea ? Plus dog friendly ?We’ll be back ?

We visited for a 3 day break and booked the B & B at short notice and so glad that we did. Although the accomodation was small it couldn't be faulted. Jennifer & Graham were the perfect hosts, the room very clean, fantastic breakfast. The B & B was situated in the small estate of Ford which is very picturesque and peaceful and was perfect for our stay. Ideally located for visiting the sights of the Northumberland/Scottish border towns both on the coast and inland. Very highly...read full review
