The Piazza, 4 Bridge St, Newbiggin-by-the-SeaNice location with views over the bay, seats outside to enjoy any good weather. Let down a little on the service as ordered ice cream and a coffee. Ice cream was serve quickly then had to stand 5-10 minutes in queue for the coffee.

132A Front St, Newbiggin-by-the-SeaI was advised by a work colleague to try this Italian out, so popped in for the lunch time special.
A number of starters and main meals to try as well as the black board, staff are very friendly and the atmosphere low lit and a comfortable feeling, I went for the three course special getting a Pepsi and starting with the bruschetta which was nice and fresh followed by the steak strips in a mild spicy tomato based sauce with lovely cooked chips and finished with a coffee, all for £21. So yes I will be back, enjoyed everything, by the way, the chips were on a separate plate before I took the pic

Cresswell Arms
19 High St, Newbiggin-by-the-SeaPopped in late one night atmosphere is great. Friendly staff indeed,knowledgeable on everything in his bar where things came from e.g. a programme that took 3yrs to get back to the bar after being round the world getting signed by players!
Do not miss this lovely gem.Prices are reasonable too.

The Endeavour Licensed Restaurant and Coffee Shop (est. 2005)
88-90 Front St, Newbiggin-by-the-SeaThe Endeavour offer excellent quality food. We have the haddock and chips and they where great. The prices are great value for money. They have a dog friendly section of their resturant that is completely separate from the other seating area accessible by a separate door. The team are friendly but not intrusive. All in all a great place for a meal while in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea.

Ladhars Fish Bar Newbiggin

81 Front St, Newbiggin-by-the-SeaWeve used this chinese for over15 years. Never had a bad meal always great portions. Always good service. Yes needs decorating but you dont eat in their. If you order regular she always puts bag of prawn crackers in. Great chinese and value

Flame Pizza
70 Front St, Newbiggin-by-the-SeaI ordered from here for my sons birthday. There was 8 kids and me and my partner. We asked if we could order the holiday special deal and it was no bother for them, the lady who took our order was lovely, so helpful and friendly she let us change our order to suit what the kids wanted. When the food came all of it was hot and tasty. One of the nicest take aways I've ever had. Every thing we had was lovely so much food for excellent value. 10/10.

Bodrum Kebab House
84 Front St, Newbiggin-by-the-SeaGreat food, friendly staff and reasonable priced. Option to sit in or take away. Meal was enjoyed by all and menu had a really good selection to choose from. If we’re in the area again we’ll be sure to pop in for another feast!
