We were told 40 minutes wait time on food which was fine but then were told we had to vacate our table by 1.55 ...we knew we had 1 1/2 hours at our table but because service was slow we were unable to have a dessert .
Waiting staff were friendly but seldom came over to your table, you had to get up and track them down most of the time. One waitress said the food for my little girl would take 25 mins then another waitress brought it out straight after…. I was told I couldn’t get my digital rewards card stamped or scanned by staff because I’d already made the online app transaction without entering the code provided (but the app states staff can scan the QR code on it instead? I do like the woodend pub but the experience could be better. Staff went the best although some are nice. Sometimes the food is great other times it’s abit poor. It’s hit and miss. Prices keep creeping up but I guess everything is!
