Great place and decent food, worth a visit if you're in the area. Edit - 26.10.23 went again and the food was superbly cooked, dare say improved from already great quality to my previous visit.
Pub looking lovely and festive, just popped in to pay for my Xmas party and can't wait to celebrate with family and friends.Nice to know that they have amazon prime too ready for the Xmas football fixtures!Great cask ale selection that are obviously selected to best suit the season!

Went for Christmas Dinner with our knitting group. The food was very good, tasty, hot, presented well and lots of it! We were well looked after by the staff. And we all enjoyed ourselves. Well worth a visit ?
