We really enjoy our visits here. The food may take a while when busy, but it's worth the wait, as its all fresh. Good selection on the menu, and the staff are pleasant and helpful.We have been going for years, and the quality has never dropped. Brilliant pub ales, food we had was good.We were there on PIE night and enjoyed excellent pie, proper chips, and garden peas on their meal deal for £10 each.Service wAs prompt and the atmosphere was locals enjoying an after work drinkAb Fab ?

We came here for a meal last night, very tired after a long day on our boat. Lovely atmosphere, great food and very friendly and efficient service. An added bonus was that the beer was brewed on the premises and we tried their Golden Ale - really good. Highly recommended.
