Stopped off on a road trip for a toastie which was very nice and served quickly. But ...the appearance of the cafe is dire, uncleared tables, no cups, coffee machines not working and a general poor ambience. We felt really sorry for the staff having to work in the place. Someone needs to take a lead.
Rude customer service. We paid using the self service grabbed all our bits then headed over to the till to give the lady the cheese toastie we had paid for. I said to her we have paid we just need this cheese toasted. She grabbed it and put it in the machine asking us to pay. I then said I have paid . She said well next time instead say that you want me to cook it. I walked away from her. The way she looked at me just made me feel really uncomfortable and this is the second visit....read full review

Went into the cafe today for lunch, from walking in the service and atmosphere was amazing from one lady especially I think her name was Helena, she was so friendly and happy to help and above all so fast, we had only just sat down from getting our cutlery and she was out with our food a nice fresh breakfast and a beautifully cooked jacket potato.
