After I was diagnosed with Celiacs disease earlier this year I though my days of enjoying fish and chips were over. However I discovered A1,and now can enjoy them along with everyone else. Their gluten free fish and chips are very good indeed. In fact they taste as good as their normal fish and chips. I'd honestly be unable to tell the difernce in a blind test. Friendly service and average food.Parking: Roughly 4-5 slots round the corner on residential street.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible as entrance is directly off a busy street with very limited path space and sharp step downwards.

Very tasty fish in Newark with reasonable price.Chips portion is massive and kebab good size as well I definitely recommend to try fish and chips here,addition to thisExcellent customer service from the owner serving behind the counter, she is so lovely.
