Really nice place to sit and enjoy a good coffee. Decor is really well done, good selection of drinks and snacks and a good vegan range too. Though some staff are not too sure on this point. But Greggs website assures us that there is. So worth a try. Get the app for a welcome free coffee. Sometimes when it's busy, tables are a bit messy and floor around base of table.
Set in one of the oldest buildings in Newark you will find Greggs. Just off the market square , this place is always busy! I simply love the freshness of everything, it’s just a shame they’ve stopped making my favourite, savoury cheese and bacon!

Typical greggs, good food at good prices, slow service however and when a queue builds up no one ever seems to go on the second or third till.Other than that it’s fine, clean and cheap.
