My husband and I like to try different pubs for lunch when we're out and about. Today we went to Newark and went into the Rutland Arms for lunch. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's a Marstons pub so very well priced drinks but the food is by Newark Roast. The menu has plenty of choice. I had hot roast beef bap with roast potatoes and a jug of gravy and my husband had the braised steak in a giant Yorkshire with mash and vegetables. 10 out of 10 for both meals. Come here every couple of weeks with family for a get together and some lunch and the service is fantastic, friendly welcoming staff, we all love it here thank you everyone at the rutland arms ?
