Food is really good and most staff are pleasant and friendly. There are a few members of staff that need to be friendlier, more talkative and smily with customers to make the experience worthwhile. Politeness goes a long way and this is an area that needs to be worked on with the few members of staff I'm referring to. I would of given 5 stars food lovely but I find one staff member in particular very rude and abrupt with staff and customer's she never smiles and has a bad attitude doe's she understand that these loyal customers like myself who go into bird's a couple of time's a week are paying her wages management need to take this in hand
Today I’m annoyed I always have to order what I want in cobs as they are never ready. Today no difference as it’s early 8:30 am not many people in the shop. Ordered my cob paid waiting.. and waiting and staff starting to serve other people walking in, still waiting staff serving breakfast most staff now on shop floor just about to loose it, the staff member comes out sorry I got side track doing other things. NO do the things your meant to do first before doing something else....read full review
