The service is ok, but quick!Decent food,Free kids soft playExcellent value.2 "pub classics" and two kids main meals for £15 all day every day! Its cheaper than Maccies!I enjoyed my steak pie (fully enclosed in pastry), pastry was a bit thick, but at this sort of price you can't complain.
We visited the Ferryboat pub for a casual late lunch on a Friday afternoon. The staff were nice and friendly on arrival. We had no trouble being seated - but I'd say it can get busy.We ordered 2 main courses of smothered steak sizzler, chips, pepper sauce and we ordered extra various side dishes. We were served by a lovely, friendly helpful server, Holly, who was happy to help us when our food was served.
