I have rated istu 5 stars, just because the service is great, the food is fresh and the prices are fair. The shop is always looking clean and well-maintained.
However today I ordered the small 12 pieces of sushi with 5 larger salmon ones, but I did not eat the large salmons because they were weirdly tasteless. Went for dinner today and was served by the loveliest man who made our day. He made sure we had everything we needed. Didn’t catch his name but his top said team leader. Will deffos be coming back.

It’s near the ground floor entrance/exit and the seating is outside the shop in the walkway, which makes it cold and unpleasant. The store has 3 self order screens, 1 didnt work. In order chilli goyoza broth, there was no chilli and the both was full of mostly raw veg so didn’t taste nice on a cold day. The sushi and teriyaki was fine though so from now on that’s all I’ll be ordering.
Kid-friendliness: Good selection of fish and vegi sushi. My son loves it.
