Food was good as always. Inside was clean as just open. Now to the reason for 3 stars: it is services next to motorway and opens at 10.30! Had to wait half an hour to be served. That is less than bad. Seen multiple people turning away while I was waiting in a car. App rewards not working as I paid through it on my way, but the very moment I've entered it was cancelled. Second visit yet same abysmal service.. unorganised chaos, dirty tables, even dirty toilets- machine out of order to take orders.. staff could not cope with the four people waiting to be served so just ignored me until they got on top of the orders..On a plus note - good hot and tasty
