After having a brain tumour my husband can no longer taste or smell but still likes to take me out for a meal. He likes the textures of different foods. Today he had the Nottinghamshire pie he loved it, said it’s the best one he’s ever had. It looked delicious. A lot of tender steak, Stilton and crumble topping with gravy. I had the salmon it too was tasty. Always friendly here with good service and good food.

Absolutely love this place. First came last year with family after my mums funeral. They were very accommodating as it was a walk in for 20. The food was amazing and we vowed to go back. Staff were very professional and polite. Have been back several times since, last being for Xmas fayre. Xmas fayre was amazing quality and value for money. We plan to return with the family to remember mums birthday.
