The food was excellent and the service was prompt and attentive without being overbearing, giving us time to relax and just enjoy ourselves.The atmosphere was very quiet when we arrived, and slowly picked up towards the end eventually becoming somewhat lively, but was never obnoxiously loud which is ideal for my fiancée who has sensory issues; in addition, the tables were well spaced which would be ideal for wheelchair users and in addition to the lighting, gave the place a warm...read full review

Me and a friend came down recently and had some burgers that were delicious and reasonably priced for what you got, only downsides of this pub are the beer pricing (£5.50 for a pint of neck oil for example) and that some of the staff are not the most cheery sort, on quite couple of occasions we have visited we’ve found they can be very quiet and almost seem like they don’t want to be there at times. Otherwise it’s a good pub for drink and food.
