I went in on my own and was sat near a good ald fashioned pub gob sh*te. He was regaling other folk with his knowledge. I thought he was talking out of his hoop at first when I heard him say that we drive on the left in this country because of Napoleon but I google searched it and it turned out he was right. The pub gets 5 stars all the way just because of that and rightly so!
Food is usually below standard and the chef is extremely rude often doesn't have items on order and will come and complain to you in person that you ordered something they failed to take off menu due to stock would only come here for cheap alcohol

It's s been a joy to visit this morning for breakfast. We've found a booth for the 2 of us and everyone here has been so helpful with our guide dog, what a lovely bunch you have working here. Needless to put, but great value vegan breakfast and refill coffee. Toilets pleasant, a good 5 out of 7.
