Thank you so much to Edith & Carrie for your warm welcome. Thank you for our lovely comfortable rooms, beds are so comfortable. A warm welcome from your locals as well. Our breakfast were 5 stars. We had a fabulous Sunday lunch with our family here. The roasts were very generous and absolutely delicious. We loved that each roast came with the specific gravy, something that can be quite hard to come by in other pubs! Service was excellent, Carrie and Edith made us feel right at home. They had got a top quality high chair for our son (7mo) set out with baby cutlery for him to try out some of the veggies. Enjoyed a relaxing four night stay here. Edith and Carrie were very welcoming and gave us lots of tips for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped.The only issue we had was that we’d made a booking via their website about a month in advance, but when we arrived they hadn’t seen it. Thankfully there was a room available or else we would have been in a bit of a pinch. It might be a good idea to call and confirm any reservations.
