The 2 stars is not a reflection of the room but the drainage issues and our need to keep being moved. We were in the accessible rooms and had to move 3 times due to drainage issues. However staff were amazing ? ? and could not be more helpful. The hotel staff and spa were fab and food was amazing xRooms: Good facilities and cleanliness but drainage system caused issuesFood & drinks: Great dinner and breakfast.Choice is excellent.
I was given a spa break with dinner, an overnight stay and breakfast for my birthday. At £320 I feel my son paid over the odds. The hotel looks tired and shabby in places. The spa looks dated. When we called to see when we could use the spa we couldn’t get through to the spa reception. My son managed to speak to main reception who said we could check in at 3pm and the spa was available from midday. When we arrived we were told differently.
