Their food is excellent. Their Covid procedure will frustrate you no end.You can't get through on the phone, you don't know if you should go in to the shop to collect, you end up waiting outside the for your name/number to be called, only to find your order has been getting cold for 20 minutes.Sun wah: Just put some basic instructions on the window so customers know what to do.Phone order customers: just go straight in the shop and collect, you don't need to wait... This has been are go to Chinese for over a decade, but recently we have noticed a distinct lack of consistency in flavour and even appearance depending on what day you order. Tonight we ordered the chow mein and it looked anemic and tasted worse then it looked , which I think takes some skill. This is not a cheap takeaway £38 for 4 adults , but after a decade it’s a shame this is fast becoming one to avoid
