Had a delicious meal at The Bear! The food was really tasty! I had the veggie options and they were amazing and really full of flavour. My husband had the pate to start followed by the chicken and hock pie which was presented beautifully and was packed with good quality meat. Such fantastic food! The roast here is amazing, probably the best in Oxfordshire. I had the beautifully cooked beef which comes with a generous offering of trimmings. All the food I’ve tasted here is so delicious, it’s obvious how much effort goes into each recipe to create traditional yet creative dishes. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Always look forward to my next lunch or dinner reservation.

We has a really fantastic roast today!The beef and pork belly were both cooked perfectly!Delicious roast potatoes and the vegetables were very tasty!Really lovely staff and great atmosphere! Can 100% recommend.
