The Folly Inn is a warm welcoming pub. It's quite small, like an old traditional pub. Mostly because it was one. It's been modernised since, and there are sofas to melt into or tables to sit at. They have a good jukebox, a darts team, a surprisingly spacious canopied garden area that hosts live bands sometimes in the summer.A jovial atmosphere.A free house, so often several good ales and wines to choose from, and an impressive choice of rum - a speciality there.
You'd easily miss this pub walking along the road and when you go inside it's a little bit like walking into someone's lounge. HOWEVER, it's a bit like walking into someone's lounge - you're made to feel right at home. Possibly the friendliest pub I've been into in a long time and a great selection of drinks to boot. Would certainly recommend to a friend!

Had a quick beer tonight on the way home. Lovely atmosphere, warm welcome, clean and tidy, nice beer and good prices. Overall, would highly recommend it for a comfortable drink and a taste of a traditional English pub.
