Little Coxwell, FaringdonGreat Sunday roast and very baby friendly. We stopped here by chance for lunch after visiting Gow's farm and were impressed by the quality of the food and the 'can do' attitude of the waiting staff when faced with two babies.

Sheffords Bakery
9 London St, FaringdonAbsolutely brilliant shop. Everything fresh and oh-so-appetising. Best lardy-cake and Chelsea buns for miles and so much choice for sandwiches and all very reasonably priced. They have been there for many years and I hope they will be for many more to come.

I'm glad we gave it another go as the place is really good and the food excellent. The staff were also very attentive and didn't rush you at all.Some "play at tapas" this doesn't! We had a variety of dishes and none disappointed which says something.The whole time was a pleasure and we'll be back - but book to avoid being turned away ?

Buckland, FaringdonOne of the best Sunday roasts in a while ... It was just the right amount of pink, not pandering to those who seem to want it like shoe leather. Very generous sides and the pumpkin gratin has changed my view of the squash family... Service was a little slow at times but they were very busy. All in all a great visit and a lovely meal...

Lovely menu made it really hard to chose. Food was delightful. Ate starters through to pudding and it was all excellent. Nice little choice of mocktails - recommend the No-jito and Singria.Service was great - instantly available when needed, but not constantly bothering us. The staff are also really friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. Wonderful location too- I would definitely recommend going!

White Horse Business Park, 3 Ware Rd, Stanford in the ValeI ordered a 36-pint polypin of Stable Genius from the brewery shop for a party that we were having. I then picked it up on the Friday and let it rest before the party, which started Saturday lunchtime.Everyone who had a drink commented on how delicious the beer was, and how it was in absolutely perfect condition. We had a little left over after the party so had some neighbours round on the Monday to help finish it off, and it was still first class.The service from the brewery was excellent throughout, and I'd have no hesitation in recommending anyone to buy their beer from White Horse Brewery.

A420 Shrivenham Rd, FaringdonRegular users of the "roadside chains" for business or mid-journey stopovers but first time at a Mollies. Fantastic experience from start to finish; room was spacious, well furnished, immaculately clean. The bed was huge! Staff were friendly and helpful. Having the 'on-tap' hot/cold drinking water available 24/7 is a huge bonus (and no worrying about how clean the kettle is!) The diner is a real bonus to your stay; and the fact it's as well used by locals as guests says plenty about the quality and choice of food. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I paid for his meals and the ladies on shift offered me a cold drink since it was extremely hot. Thank you for your generosity. It means a lot. ?. I'll recommend more clients in for a drink because I'm sure they'll get good service. ??
