Popped in for the afternoon on Sunday as I was early for meeting people at Le Manoir, it was very hot and the FreeDam on tap was one of the best pints I've ever had alcoholic or not! Was welcomed by the lovely Flora who was super friendly and kindly shared some great travel tips once we got chatting! Gorgeous pub, beautifully kept in terms of its obvious heritage and currently being sympathetically renovated. The food on the menu looked amazing - I only wish I hadn't eaten before I got there! A clear winner with locals and yet I felt totally comfortable sitting there on my own getting some work done. Great chilled Sunday afternoon vibes - will absolutely head back the next time I am in the Great Milton area... just wish it wasn't so far away!!
