My favourite Costa! The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is great. The more complicated drinks can be hit and miss though, and there is only one plug in the whole café, near the bigger tables where families often sit. When there are people with laptops there using the plug, families have no big tables to sit at - when there are families there, they rarely ever use the plug and on more than one occasion I've decided against getting a drink because I couldn't access the plug....read full review
The cowley branch were amazing today, the other half tried a new festive flavour latte, but he couldn't drink it because he didn't like it. Took it to be replaced, he was willing to pay for new one as his fault he didn't like it, but the lovely attendant gave a free replacement for his usual. One very happy camper. ?

This Costa Coffee is the best I have ever tasted. I'm American, so believe me, I've tasted a lot of coffee.Kid-friendliness: Amazing, open spaces, everyone is really friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to move around ect.
