I had a great experience with the service from Jinjin’s. I ordered through Uber eats and my uber driver didn’t want to use the dual carriageway, so he returned my order. I phoned Jinjin’s, because I hadn’t ever experienced this issue previously and the lady on the phone was so understanding and kind. She even offered to give us free drinks for the drivers mistake in taking an order he couldn’t deliver. I always enjoy their food and the service is outstanding.
The food here is great and the staff are lovely.This is not the smartest restaurant in the Cowley but if you want really good Chinese food, at a very reasonable price this is for you.Dietary restrictions: If you speak to the staff they can advise, there are plenty of menu choices so they will tell you which ones you can have. The food is all freshly cooked so not a problem accomodating.
