I like this place and appeared to be very popular with their young local customers. The friendly bartender immediately helped me with my elderly wheelchair bound mother. The furnishings inside were very old and added to the atmosphere. The beautiful beer garden at the back just added to the entire experience.
Lucky to consider this our local for a few months, great beer, great staff and my kind of atmosphere. If you’re lucky to visit in the summer (and not too late in the day for the complaints of the neighbours) there’s a great beer garden too

I like the star. Great service and atmosphere. No food to speak of but a good selection of bar snacks. It's generally always busy but a nice relaxed place to sit and chill. Really nice garden with covered seating area. My only complaint is that the majority of the beers are high hopped hipster craft beers with the odd exception.
