We have just returned from the most delicious meal at the Home Sweet Home in Roke, Oxfordshire, and felt that something should be said about the experience.Firstly, the customer service from Lizzy and Neil was second to none. They both made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble and they started by serving us delicious home-made flavoured popcorn and home baked bread and butter. I rarely rave like this but having had dinner at HSH last night I can’t help it. The welcome was beyond friendly, the attention perfectly timed….we felt looked after but not over powered. The food was divine….. definite top marks to the chef. But the over arching wow was the attention to detail of the decor, the food and drinks and the little extras that kept arriving especially the homemade chocolates at the end. We cannot wait to go back and enjoy another HSH experience.
