Friendly landlord and staff. Purpose of visit was sad as a celebration of a friends life who had suddenly passed away. Well looked after by everyone and even closed pub off especially for us. Food was plentiful and good.
The Bell used to be my local when I lived I Bosleys Orchard, number 9 to be exact way back in 1970-1976 and it was a great pub then and everyone I spoke to back then spoke very well of it and by the sound of these reviews it continues to be so. Long may it continue. Grove was a lovely place then and hopefully it still is.

Great little pub, drinks and bar snacks only, there is an outside area too. They have a jukebox there too, you never see those anywhere these days. Great friendly little pub if you're out for a drink in grove/Wantage area!
