Just stayed at The Vaults for a night.All rooms recently refurbished to a high standard.Bright, clean and comfortable.Excellent full English breakfast served in the Falcon.Staff friendly, pleasant and helpful.Looking forward to a return visit in two weeks time.
Situated in the market square of Uppingham you’ll find this charming Inn. It is very much a true traditional Inn, and not a modern revamped establishment. It may look as if it needs a refurb, but it still gives that cosy feel . The staff were pleasant and I couldn’t fault the drinks.

Our third pub of the day and quick service in a nice clean pub, friendly atmosphere and sat outside, a nice pint of 'PEDIGREE', good people and had a chat with the 2 men on the next table who told us how to get yo a pub of the main road, a good pub.
