Simple and tasty food. The best fish and chips in the area. I also enjoyed Irn-Bru ice-cream. Good for a quick bite and takeaway. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The toilets are clean and nice as well. Every time it's a pleasure to be here. Highly recommended ?

So impressed with the tuck inn, the food was hot and so delicious. We visited on our first night staying in Edzell on our holiday and enjoyed it so much we visited again later that same week! The first time we had the fish supper, the fish was cooked perfectly with the right amount of batter coating the white flaky delight, my youngest son tried the pizza crunch and was extremely impressed with it! I went with my son and 2 year old granddaughter for lunch. The service was fantastic Jo was very helpful friendly and nothing was a bother. Accommodated my granddaughter so well. A very friendly environment. The food was tasty and fresh vegetarian chips made from a different fryer care taking in offering vegetarian choices. and the ice cream is fantastic. All round good quality service
