Prego Restaurant Carluke

Been a customer here for many years and always enjoy a warm welcome and great food from Roger and his team. But must say the last 2 times we have been the food has been elevated to the next level. Innovative specials with the highlight of monkfish and king prawn perfectly cooked and the outstanding pistachio tiramisu. This is why we keep coming back. Thanks guys.

Valley View At Gouldings

what can I say,I went here today with my daughter and grandchildren What a great place for the kids,lots to do and they were kept busy for hrs.We went in to get some food and it was just as good.Everything was lovely and fresh,home made soup and cakes ,we loved it Staff were also lovely We got ice cream later in the afternoon and it was also lovely.We will definately be back

Taal Restaurant

The restaurant's location is fab and it's beautiful inside. it's very clean and the owner was very friendly and enthusiastic. Our food was incredible, every single bite was mouth watering and tasty. The popadums were light and crispy, very fresh and the spiced onions were perfect. The vegetable pakora was lovely and presented beautifully. Our main meals were a lamb bhuna and a butter chicken with pilau rice and and amazing, peshwari naan that was packed full of coconut, honey and chopped nuts. the bread was so fresh and light too.The curries were really tasty, so much so, there wasn't a drop of food left between us. We cannot recommend this place enough and honestly, it's up there in terms of flavour and quality. Go book a table, you won't be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely little bistro, starter portions are big, so be hungry! Everything we ordered was tasty, and generous portions, we have lived I. The surrounding area for 3 years and cannot believe this was our first visit, but it won’t be our last!

King's Coffee

As a TV production team visiting Carluke, we were blessed with the fact that Kings Coffee was our holding area. The service was second to none. The staff are in my opinion the salt of the earth. I’ll never forget my time in Carluke. Thank you . ??????? Gavin xxxx

Best coffee shop in carluke by a mile! Amazing artisan roast coffee, delicious cakes and savouries. The owner is always welcoming and accommodating, some very friendly waiting staff too! Great atmosphere and always welcome babies (high chairs available). Such a great coffee spot… 10/10. Also fab afternoon tea!

Bake House Cafe

This is a great wee cafe with excellent food & service from Connor & his staff & the fact that Connor does the home baking himself is why I have given the Bake House 5 star's. We'll deserved.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.

The Kirkton Inn - Carluke

On all occasions when we have gone the food has been excellent with a good variety and all home cooked with a friendly service from staff and very helpful. Highly recommend it

Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of vegetarian options and it is very tasty.

Kid-friendliness: Any time we have gone in it has been a very friendly welcome and are very helpful when approaching.

Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is disabled and the Access is good and the staff are very helpful if and when needed.

The Silver Birch Coffee Shop

Arrived just after 09:00 am for breakfast. I was met at the door and shown to a nice table .I had the scrambled eggs with tomatoes ? and fresh basil on toast which was very nice? and a good portion as well as being reasonably priced. Despite it being early there were a few people in having breakfast so it was a nice atmosphere Would highly recommend a visit

Great service from staff at Greggs Carluke, had to wait 15 minutes for fresh steak bakes and staff were amazing offering a free coffee for the wait. Nice touch from the staff.

Sahara Takeaway

Used Sahara for our 18th Party. From ordering to delivering no problem. Food was delivered on time also hot and people complimented on how tasty food was. Definitely recommend for a function ☆☆☆☆☆

Brilliant munchie box! Fan-dabby-dosey!!! Even threw in a free main cause we were spending over £30. The owner was really rice and friendly when I collected. Will definitely revisit when I’m back in the Luke. 10/10

The Railway Inn

Popped in while passing through and had a couple of beers. Both young ladies behind the bar were very friendly. Nice bunch of customers and very friendly. Would definitely return there if in the area :)

Clyde Walkway Cafe

A group of us were walking with our dog along the Clyde Walkway and we needed some lunch. The cafe was very welcoming, including to Meg the Labrador (water was provided and biscuits were offered.) We enjoyed our soup and sandwiches, the prices were reasonable, and the facilities were clean. Well done to the friendly and helpful people working there!

The Buttery Coffee Shop

During the Christmas season it, like many of the coffee shops in the Clyde valley, has been very busy. At least a twenty minute wait. Even so, it’s a great coffee shop and worth the weight. Inside the decor and ambience easily makes it the best coffee shop in the whole of the Clyde Valley. The food, the staff and the overall atmosphere is excellent. We keep going back which must be a sign that we like the place.

I took one star off because a member of staff will quite rude to me and skammed my food on the counter, also very impatient, wish I got her name, blonde hair and glasses. However the other staff are always friendly and the food is amazing. Great choices and really clean place.

Mr Rice carluke

Group of us put in a massive post-Christmas party order in. What can I say? Outstanding! The curry, ribs, salt and pepper munchie box, chicken baws, chow mein… all of it was unbelievable! I’m actually considering relocating to Carluke, just to be nearer this absolute gem. Yer man Rice is putting the town on the map.

Portion sizes reducing and prices going up!The food however is very good and the service is great. Chi Ken tika kebabs are superb and love the Pizza, make it crispy on the bottom while still juicey on top. ????But!I Still can't understand why we need to pay for a paper bag to take your food away. It's only plastic bags you need to pay extra for so this doesn't seem right.Making a fortune just from the bags they sell now. ???

China Cuisine Carluke

Had not been to the restaurant for 10 years, food was excellent, Sweet & Sour was the best we have ever had. Very tasty and ample portion sizes. Mac came out of the kitchen to ask how we enjoyed our food, which was a nice touch. Staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. Restaurant had been closed for refurbishment for 6 weeks and now opened back up. Well worth a visit. We will be back!
