Carnwath Road, Braehead Byforth, Lanarkshire, LanarkThis was a great night out for my wife and myself. Great welcome, friendly staff and the food was fantastic. Traditional menu selection but I would recommend the steak and ale pie and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Generous portions and very tasty. The pastry top was excellent. All home made by Jenny the chef. The place was very well set up, clean and has a cosy atmosphere. Drinks and food were delivered professionally and timeously. The staff were brilliant and I couldn't fault them. I was driving so there was a good selection of non-alcoholic beers. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend to everyone.

KFC Braehead - Brailee Crescent
9 Braille Cres, Renfrew, GlasgowNo napkins with this "finger licking good chicken". Entered shop to ask isn't it customary to give napkins with food, four members of staff just stared at me. Asked for manager, out pops another young person with no managerial skills whatsoever, preferred to say "sometimes we forget". Not good enough. The floors were slippy, yes there was a sign, but it wld have been better if someone had tried to dry it off, chips on floor. Staff hanging about so there was time to tidy up. KFC you need to train your staff properly and you need a manager managing, not a friend who doesn't want to upset her buddies. I'll not be back at the Braehead shop. In fact put me off KFC. Disgraceful way of running a business.
