Well! This was fun...
The lovely owners are so friendly and genuine. They make all the fantastic cakes and serve other food and drinks too.
The atmosphere is inviting and has a quirky Mad Hatters decor.
A lovely place to stop and the prices are fair. Yummy...
Recommend it!

Besom Inn

Great friendly pub with excellent grub with good portions and superb cask ales. Wife loved the steak and kidney and the Cheesy Chips with Haggis certainly filled me up.

Streamers Sandwich Bar

After reading a review from Jamie I honestly think that guy was just looking to cause trouble. After just attending with my mam and 2 children and even our dog, this little cafe is truly wonderful. Extremely friends staff who were not only great with the children but also give our dog a few treats. My children are very fussy eaters and have ate every last bit of it , my son over the moon that the cheeseburger had real cheese rather than “plastic cheese”.
Food was truly incredible and cooked to perfection. I had the avocado on toast and it was matched with the perfect amount of siracha sauce.
Food was unbelievable and service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

The Homestead Café & Farm Shop

We came here to break up a journey home from Edinburgh and we’re so pleased we did! The area is lovely, even if you don’t walk around (we didn’t) you can drive slowly through the estate and see the cows and animals.

The cafe is lovely, we were greeted by lovely staff and it’s nice and warm and comfy. The food was lovely, and everyone was very tolerant of our loud baby.

While we were here we bought birthday presents from the pottery shop (well worth a look) and some bits from the farm shop which is also very good quality.

A really great experience all round!

Golden Valley

I'm on holiday at coldstream and checked this place out after seeing ? the reviews.
We decided to order to make our own minds up.
The food was very nice, I had a chicken curry was really good my wife & daughter got chicken chow mein & shredded chilli beef. Starters were hot n sour soup(very nice) spring rolls & chicken n cheese rolls all good
All in All very good 10/10 Banging.
