My son and I stayed for 5 nights at the end of August/beginning of September. We were very happy. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and as we had the private but separate bathroom towelling robes were provided for our use. The breakfast was delicious and a real treat. Diane made us feel very welcome and I have no hesitation in recommending the guest house. Position was also good and very convenient for public transport.
Diane was a great host! The food was great and the prices were reasonable. Going to the place gives you a bit of leg workout as it is slightly up the hill but the town is generally scenic.It is also located close to Morrison's which is a plus!Recommend!!Safety: Generally not much crime is going on in the area, I felt safe when walking at night.

Really nice overnight stay. Room was clean, comfy and well equipped, kettle tea coffee, hair drier etc. Landlady was wonderful and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Bathroom had bath and shower and towels mini toiletries provided. Full cooked breakfast (all inclusive and very reasonable price) was amazing and I’d definitely recommend here as a base if touring North Wales.
