It was the Christmas party night but wasn't a party night as such.The meal was nice. The vegetables were hard and didn't finish until after 9 pm the staff were great and could handle any unruly people.They never did games or anything like that.The DJ was good, and so was the band.Dumfries arms is lovely inside.
My walking group had a Christmas meal booked here after our walk and the food, service and surroundings were all excellent! Nothing wsas too much trouble and the staff were all very helpful. The vegetarian option was differnt and very tasty (I usually find veggie options in restaurants fairly tastless and unimaginative).Thhanks
