Used Dil's for couple of years now. This is the 2nd time I've had to contact them.Again just fob you of. It was only a small issue no salad with the mini calzone. (it's on the menu as included)Phoned & told menu was wrong. No menu's correct you just don't include it anymore.Defo needs a bit of customer relations training when it comes to complaints.
The chippy food is great. We got good portions and the chips were great. We have had good pizza for my sons birthday in the past too. Surprised to see the bad comments about service as they are always pleasant when I'm in.

This place use to be great for a takeaway, recently it seems there's is a complete lack of passion when making food. I use to love getting a pizza from here and I swore to everyone it was the best in Denny but now they just don't seem to take pride in the food they serve. I hope they can bring back what made their food good. My calzone I tasted like it has some sort of cleaning product in it, there's also that. Real shame.
