We stayed 3 nights in the Links House at Royal Dornoch. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Our room was beautiful, very comfortable and spacious. Our meals at the restaurant, Mara, were superb. Truly a 10! We can't wait to go back.
We stopped here three nights on a NC500 drive. We were greeted and looked after throughout by the most efficient and friendly staff that really added to the whole experience. As non golfers we didn’t feel out of place and the location is great for a stroll to the beach which is stunning or into the village to mooch around the great local shops. This is a very special place. the accommodations are luxurious and the proximity to golf and town are perfect. The food at Mara was simply superb. I did not use the menu and had the staff chose my courses. My meals were exquisite. Most importantly the staff are warm, knowledgeable and extraordinarily caring. We were touched by their level of service and pride in what has been achieved in creating one of the most special and welcoming Inn anywhere in the world.
