I am rating them low for food and service because of fewer vegetarian options on the menu and service as I have wasted money, even though it's cheap on the coffee refill mugs recently. I say that because I have experienced something funny the last few times, the staff doesn't tell you about switching off the machine, when you are buying it or while doing it. So my dad and my mum wanted to large Scottish breakfasts so my dad asked the lady for that and they got given a standard and the lady said he said standard but she was lying cos my mum heard him say large good macaroni and good food
