There are exceptional coffee shops in Dundee but EH9 is where you go to get coffee. Before getting into it, the small cafe has a limited but very tasty selection of snacks, and an interesting selection of unconventional non-coffee drinks. The atmosphere is always relaxed and friendly, with exceptionally well trained and friendly staff. But what makes EH9 special is, quite simply, the coffee; and it special. Love this place. The coffee is always great, you just know the folks there are passionate about what they make and care about it!! They’re also very friendly, leave me smiling every time and always helpful. This is where I always go with my partner if I want a nice coffee and bagel or pastry (or both!!) in Dundee, for a fair price and relaxing time.We got their harissa chicken and NYC bagels today, as well as a cup of batch brew and long black. Was a wee bit sceptical about a vegan pain au raisin, but it was brilliant as was my espresso, pretty damn faultless in fact. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks! Signed the guy who lives in EH9
