We believe your cappuccinos need to be smaller and less milky and definitely stronger in coffee taste. We therefore changed to cortados, some tremendously good, others too weak to mention. The many many coffees we've purchased from you during our journey through Ireland and Scotland judged you as the best of the bunch but you need to improve on maintaining a consistency in the quality of the coffee being dispensed

The coffee was delicious and the waiters were nice, but there is no service, the place generally feels dirty, the tables are not cleaned, and the toilet is disgusting (and protected by a code).
