I went to have a cup of coffee while waiting for a friend. The coffee was not bad, but not incredible either. However this was not the reason for the rating.The coffee shop was very dirty and dusty. The table I sat at had food crumbs from a cake I believe, on the table and the floor, dust on the chairs and there was this "toilet" smell in the air. Really not great service. I stood at the counter for ages waiting for someone to take my order or indeed just to look at me. It wasn't busy. One member of staff was making coffees but the other decided to go and bus tables rather than serve (or look at) me. Made me feel pretty rubbish, can't lie. I left and went to Starbucks up the road instead.

I just stopped off for a coffee and ended up having a sandwich as well.I’ll always stop at a Caffè Nero if I can as I like their coffee.It’s funny though, at a lot of their sites there’s a bit of a lack of maintenance especially in the toilets. It was the case here. The floors were dirty as was the toilet. The sink as well.Still, the service was good for me and the coffee was great.
